1Urmila Matondkar
Do you know that Urmila Matondkar started her career in Bollywood as a child artist? She acted in the film “Karm” in the year 1977. She even achieved success at the age of 9 in Shekhar Kapur’s “Masoom” in 1983. She has worked in many Bollywood films.
2Sridevi
She started her career as a child actor at the age of 4 in Tamil movie “Thunaivan” where she played the role of young Lord Muruga and acted in many Tamil and Telugu movies from then on. In 1975, Sridevi debuted in Bollywood with Julie, where she played the younger sister to the protagonist Lakshmi. She has been called the first female superstar of Hindi cinema.
3Kunal Khemu
He made his debut as a child actor in the Doordarshan TV series “Gul Gulshan Gulfaam” (1987), directed by Ved Rahi. He made his film debut with Mahesh Bhatt’s movie “Sir” (1993). He acted as a child artist in movies including “Raja Hindustani”, “Zakhm”, “Bhai” and “Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke.”
4Sana Saeed
Do you remember Anjali in “Kuch Kuch Hot Hai”? It was none other than Sana Saeed. She was chosen among two-hundred other children to play Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerji’s daughter in “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” (1998). She also won the Sansui Viewer’s Choice Awards for Best Child Actress. She next appeared in many TV shows and Ads. She is acting in Bollywood films and also appeared in reality shows.
5Ayesha Takia
Takia began her career as a model when she was 15 years old. She appeared in the “I am a Complan Boy! I’m a Complan Girl!” campaign. Later she also acted in Falguni Pathak’s “Meri Chunar Udd Udd Jaye” music video. She signed her first Bollywood contract in “Socha Na Tha”, then for “Taarzan: The Wonder Car”. But due to some delays first “Tarzan” was released and later “Socha Na Tha”. She also acted in the 2005 Telugu film Super, with Tollywood star Akkineni Nagarjuna.

6Shahid Kapoor
If you have not forgotten the complan girl then you should not forget the complan boy. It is none other than Shahid Kapoor. Sahid started his career as a background dancer Dil To Pagal Hai (1997) and Taal (1999). After that, he continued acting in Bollywood and gave many hit movies.
7Imran Khan
Who could have played young Aamir Khan in “Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar” and “Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak” better than his own nephew? Yes! We are talking about Imran Khan. Later he made his Bollywood debut with “Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na”.
8Hansika Motwani
Are you a 90s Kid. Then you must have watched many children’s TV series. One of them was “Shaka Laka Boom Boom”. Do you remember Sanju’s friend in that? She is none other than Hansika Motwani. She also acted in series like “Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand”, for which she received the Favourite Child Award at the Star Parivaar Awards. Later she made her first Bollywood debut in Hrithik Roshan’s ” Koi Mil Gaya” along with Preity Zinta.
9Tanvi Hegde
Tanvi Hegde is an Indian film actress who started her career in Bollywood as a child actress. She also acted in the television series. She is famous as “Frooti” of the children television serial “Son Pari”. She also acted in a few episodes of “Shaka Laka Boom Boom”. Tanvi has done more than 150 commercials. She is currently trying her hands at Bollywood, and has even received a couple of offers.
10Shweta Basu Prasad
Shweta Basu started her career in 2002 as a child actress at the age of 11. She performed dual roles as “Chunni and Munni” in the film “Makdee”, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. She also won the National Film Award for Best Child Artist for that role. Shweta acted in soap operas like “Karishma Kaa Karishma.” She also featured in the TV serial “Kahanii Ghar Ghar Ki” as Shruti. In 2005, she starred in the film “Iqbal”. She is currently doing theater, and is seen in Telugu and Tamil films.
