a.Two tablespoons of brahmi powder (gotu kola)
b.One tablespoon of amla powder
c.100 ml of sesame oil
d.20 ml of castor oil
e.30 ml of olive oil
f.Five drops of chamomile essential oil (optional)
g.One tablespoon of hibiscus powder (optional)
h.Five drops of lavender essential oil (optional)
Method:
We have to use a double boiler to make this oil. So basically, you need to have a big pan as well as a narrow bottom bowl or even pot that can fit over it.
Then place the brahmi powder, hibiscus powder, amla powder, and sesame oil on the top bowl. You can use a stainless steel bowl or even a glass bowl.
Fill the bottom of the pan with one-third of water and bring it to a boil. Try to reduce the flame once the water start to boil. Now place the herb as well as the oil bowl on the top of the pan.
Try to stir the oil in every half an hour or so.
Remember to allow the oil to cool enough to be handled and strain it properly in a glass bottle or a jar.
