1Sparkling Mixed Berry Punch
The word punch is a loanword from Sanskrit meaning five. As this drink was originally made with five ingredients: alcohol, sugar, lemon, water, and tea or spices. The drink was brought to England from India by sailors and employees of the British East India Company in the early seventeenth century. From there it was introduced in other European countries.
While making Mixed Berry Punch, you can add varieties of berries like blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. Slice the berries and place them in a large bowl. Add berry juice, vodka, cold water and sweetener. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavours to develop. Then, thinly slice lime. Cut slices into small wedges. Stir through punch. Add lemonade and ice. This is a drink you can entertain with friends at birthday parties, family gatherings etc.

2Basil Lemon Mojito
Cuba, is the birthplace of the Mojito. Though, there are several theories behind the origin of the Mojito. It consists of ingredients like white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water, and mint. It is a traditional Cuban highball. Its combination of sweetness, refreshing citrus, and mint flavors are intended to complement the alcohol, and has made this clear highball a popular drink. This cocktail has a relatively low alcohol content.
The Mojito is usually made with mint leaves. However, this drink is made with basil and lemon, a twist of taste. This peppery pungent taste of the basil, complemented the tangy citrus taste of the lemons very well.
Instead of basil, you can also use mint leaves. Mojito can be made in many batches and makes a good party drink. It can be enjoyed with your husband and friends.
3Bellini
Bellini was invented between 1930 and 1940s in Venice, Italy. It is prepared with Champagne, orange or peach juice. Champagne is rich in antioxidants which is beneficial for your skin. When you add orange or peach to champagne, you are adding vitamin A, B and C to your drink. The juices are good sources for calcium, riboflavin, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, niacin and thiamine.
To prepare Bellini, mix Peach Juice, Peach Liquor with Champagne. You can use Orange Juice instead of Peach Juice. You can order this when out with friends or when they come, over for Lunch or Dinner.
4Tom Collins
Tom Collins was invented in the early 1870s Britain. There is nothing much known about the origin of this drink. But, it was a very popular drink in late 1870s and was being served at every bar in New York City.
To make Tom Collins at home you need fresh lemon juice, simple syrup (one part water, one part sugar), gin, club soda. Add the lemon juice, simple syrup and gin to a glass fill with fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wheel.

5Mint julep
Mint julep was originated in the southern United States, probably during the eighteenth century. The Mint Julep was originally prescribed and appears as a medicine on early 1780s. It was prescribed, only if anybody has stomach sickness, with difficulty of swallowing.
Mint Julep is made with mint leaves, superfine sugar, water, crushed ice, bourbon whiskey and mint leaves to garnish. Place the mint leaves in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass and top with the sugar. Muddle these together until the leaves begin to break down.Add a splash of water, fill the glass crushed ice, and add the bourbon. Top with another splash of water, stir, and garnish with a sprig of mint. Serveimmediately.

6Gimlet
The drink was supposed to be named after British Royal Navy Surgeon Rear-Admiral Sir Thomas Gimlette. Who allegedly introduced this drink as a means of inducing his messmates to take lime juice as an anti-scurvy medication.
To prepare a refreshing and delightful Gimlet, you need One part sweetened Lime Juice, Four parts Gin and simple syrup. Add all the ingredients in a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
7Cuba Libre
Some claim that Cuba Libre was invented in Havana, Cuba in the early 1900s. While others say that it was born in a collision between the United States and Spain. It was once viewed as an exotic drink in the United States.
